Returns must be made 14 days from purchase. All products must be in a clean, "like new", condition to be accepted for a return. It must be in the original packaging. 



Please note that we reserve the right to not accept or charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse. 





All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item and having passed the inspection approval. An email notification will be provided on the update of the progress. The refund credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment minus the postage expenses. 



If you have not received your refund, please ensure that you contact financial institution for updates on processing time. Refund processes may take up to 14 business days to be completed. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.  




Exchanges are applicable if the item are defective or damaged. Exchanges are not permitted due to a change of mind. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us for further assistance. 





To return your product, you should mail your product to a nominated address that we will provide you in the refund email.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
